The Privacy & Digital Regulations team is inviting you to join our webinar focusing on the EU AI Act. 

AI is not just a technology, it’s the driving force behind digital transformation. It can positively improve business performance, but it also brings risks and challenges. The EU AI Act aims to lay the rules for trustworthy AI.  

We are excited to invite you to join us on 19 March 2024 from 16.00 -17.00 hrs where our keynote speaker Angeliki Dedopoulou, Public Policy Manager at Meta discusses the role of the AI Act for companies.  

Angeliki Dedopoulou will be followed by two Deloitte speakers: 

  • Jan-Jan Lowijs, Director Digital Regulations will explain what the Key Components are and how these will impact your business. Topics like transparency and accountability will be discussed. Timely preparation allows for a conscious risk taking and seamless process, benefitting from processes and tools already put in place for GDPR. 
  • Sebastiaan ter Wee, Partner Legal will discuss who in your organization needs to be involved. Implementation of the AI Act in your organization is not just a legal or IT responsibility, but a multidisciplinary one. We will explore the governance needed to enable this.
