Digital Banking Maturity 2022 is the fifth edition of the largest worldwide survey that compares digital retail banking channels as well as shows the activities the best-in-class players undertake to win the digital race.

The Digital Banking Maturity report, covering 304 banks from 41 countries, evaluates the retail banking industry through three digital channels and all steps of the customer journey. The report is based on the mystery client assessment, a study of customer needs and the UX research.

The main conclusions arising from this year’s study are as follows:
